I have nearly 20 years experience in digital product design and development. I am passionate about helping others to develop and seeing other people grow.
I have had a variety of roles throughout my career; I started out as a visual designers working at Carlton TV (one of the early pioneers of online content in the UK), before moving to work at BBC Radio as a front-end developer in early 2000s. Ultimately I gravitated towards user experience design as a profession and have spent about 15 years working in product design. I now head up a team of about 30 UX designers, communication designers and UX researchers at Expedia, working on Hotels.com.
