I started my own graphic design business in 2018 after quitting my full-time senior designer position at a local marketing and print firm. At Alera Design, I create print and digital designs for a variety of clients including Fortune 500 firms, small businesses, government agencies, healthcare companies, and other marketing firms and their clients. While my expertise originated within the print industry, I also do branding & logo development, and create various digital assets including web design (no coding) and photography. I have 9 years' experience in design and 13 years in photography. I enjoy mentoring students interested in design and consulting with other design professionals, in providing project critiques, suggestions, and tips to help them grow and learn effectively.
