Hi guys, I'm originally from Brazil, living in New York for the last 7 years. I have 15+ years of experience in the field. I started as a Web Designer, then transitioned to UX and more recently have been more focused on Service Design. I hold a Bachelor in Web Communications from Paulista University, a Masters in Design Management from Belas Artes University and a Masters from the ITP program at New York University.
Hi guys, I have extensive industry experience in UX and Service Design. In Brazil, I spent six years at Latin America’s largest bank, Itaú, as UX/UI designer. After relocating to the US, I completed my graduate degree at NYU, where my thesis was featured in numerous news publications. In NY, I completed a fellowship at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts Media Lab and then moved to the industry, working at Amex, BofA – Merril Edge and, more recently at the Visa Innovation Studio where I co-led the development of their Service Design framework and helped clients grow their digital roadmaps. I am currently at Fjord, focused on Service Design related projects.
