I'm Will Rose, a digital product designer, leader, and mentor with over twenty years of experience. I have had the pleasure of working at some of the best and most interesting agencies both in the UK and Australia. and can honestly say that I love what I do.
I have a passion for creating beautiful, well-thought-through solutions for anything from large-scale web builds to campaign experiences and mobile applications. In addition to this, I am an experienced team leader and mentor who genuinely enjoys the challenge of building, leading, and nurturing a diverse team of fellow designers. I specialise in interface design and user experience, with roots in front-end development, and am a firm believer in putting the user at the centre of the solution, and strive for a collaborative design process where discussion and debate are welcomed and encouraged. I've worked with and learned from some of the most amazing people and on projects for the likes of Barclays, British Gas, McLaren, Canon, NatWest, Pernod Ricard, Vodafone, Ballantine's, HSBC, Sony, and the BBC, not to mention a number of startups including Qredo, Tandem Bank, and Timber Finance.
